and I like programming! But I hate MacBook!
During my years in university I mostly focused on artificial intelligence and game development courses. However, I took a fair bit of courses on security and advanced programming. I also took a Japanese language course: はじめまして. I really liked java at the time and I believe I have gotten good at it. Unfortunately, I have developed a programming style that contradicts with THE JAVA BOOK and also I do not like Java Spring. Over the years, I have stopped using Java.
Back in 2022 (before ChatGPT) I was debaiting wether I should take masters in A.I. or in Game Development. I realise I hate making pixel art, modeling and music as a consiquence I chose artificial intelligence. Half year later I realised I made a good choice (ChatGPT blew up). This means I can use A.I. Endpoints to program and I understand how neural networks and other machine learning models are trained. At the time in university I focused on machine learning and I took a really interesting thesis, researching Spiking Neural Networks. I ended up graduating in a Deans List!
During my Masters, I received an internship, in a small start up. The goal was to recommend food products for preventing food waste. I have developed a novel algorithm that outperformed state of the art models. My algorithm focused on proportional probability trained on a recipies. I have worked there for about 4 months.
I was creating Casino Games for almost 2 years. However, I was mostly writing up configs. I have gotten really good at maths thanks to this job and met a lot of great people! I have also learned industry standart soft skills and enterprise based programs: Git, Docker, Jira, Agile, Kanban, Nexus, Grafana, CI/CD etc. A lot of people were asking why did you not go for an A.I. job? Well I wanted to do A.I. but at the time artificial intelligence jobs meant creating dashboards. So I focused on my second passion which was making games.
Currently, I work on a contract I do RnD Graph RAG. I find it super interesting. I work on A.I, back-end and front-end. The results seem to be promising as well! At the moment, I want to get good at Advanced Python (Beyond Generics), I also work with React.
I usually program for fun as seen form this website. I also use Linux.
