Games are interesting. Most of the game devs just merge 2 existing genres. It seems peculiar, because people already mastered most of the mechanics therefore the game feels empty. I am interested in creating new mechanics which people could master. I love programming games, but marketing, drawing sprites, music creating are not appealing to me. Therefore, I started writing game design documents rather than games themselves. In the past I wrote most of my games using Java and therefore exporting them was hard and people did not know how to run the games. I did not use any libraries besides JFrame. I have tried making games in Unity and Godot but the logic enforcement makes me feel contrained. I also tried writing game in C++ but the scope was too large. Right now I just write game design documents for fun.
Most of these were meant to be design documents. But I am not a game designer. As a consiquence these do not look anything like game design documents.
